Who we are

Founded by alumni of XLRI, INSEAD and IIM, team inme brings together professionals from Education, Human Resources, Behavioural Science, Armed Forces, Adventure sports, Theatre and Music. Passionate about education through the outdoors, founding members at inme have over a decade’s experience in creating fun and engaging outbound learning programs. Exper Executive Education, inme’s corporate training division, is well known in industry for behavioral and attitudinal training through the outdoors. Regular clients include Google, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Oracle, ICICI Prudential, Motorola, MetLife, Kellogs, Glaxo SmithKline,Tata Motors and Tata Sky.

TARUN CHANDNA

St Columba’s School, SRCC, XLRI

A pioneer in outdoor-based education in India, Tarun was a cofounder of iDiscoveri where he created and managed the Youreka summer programs till 2006. Tarun has participated in several world-class outdoor programs at Outward Bound in Singapore and California. An ex-state level football player and a white water rafting enthusiast, Tarun is passionate about working with children and young people to help them discover and achieve their potential.

GAURAV SAKLANI

The Doon School, SRCC, XLRI

A leading facilitator for outdoor learning programs with children and corporates since 1996, Gaurav co-founded and managed Youreka with Tarun till 2006. A leading executive trainer, Gaurav has developed and led several programs on teamwork, leadership and communication. A cricketer and amateur magician, Gaurav has immense talent to connect with people and energize groups.

ARUN KAPUR

St Xavier’s, St Stephen’s College

Director of Vasant Valley School, Arun has taught at the Doon School and was the Principal of British School. He has authored ‘Transforming Schools: Empowering Children, insights on what makes a great school’ and is the founder of Pallavan, an early development program for children. An Executive Director of Learn Today, he is also the founder of the NGO Ritanjali, known for community development.

BRIG TRIGUNESH MUKHERJEE AVSM

St Francis School, NDA

Former faculty member at the College of Defence Management and Army War College, Trigunesh served as the Commandant of the Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warfare School. A corporate and student trainer since 1998 when he took voluntary retirement from the Armed Forces, Trigunesh facilitates programs in interpersonal effectiveness, coaching and mentoring. An author and a keen photographer, Trigunesh is a regular contributor to various magazines.

JAYANT KRIPALANI

Don Bosco, Jadavpur Univ

Actor, producer and director, Jayant was one of the first super stars of Indian television, and is actively involved in theatre and movies. Jayant first went to camp as a theatre instructor in 1996 and stayed on to create more engaging experiences for children through theatre and film.

RICHA DWIVEDI

Carmel Convent, St Stephens, IIM-A

A career guidance coach and trainer, Richa is a founder of WorkWise – a Delhi-based career guidance program. Richa has worked with over 8,000 students coaching them in career goal setting and achievement. Richa has worked across management and media as a corporate banker, stock analyst and television anchoring. She is also a published writer of fiction.

SAURABH SAKLANI

The Doon School, Knox College, INSEAD

With a decade of experience in coaching and mentoring programs, Saurabh is the author of the acclaimed book ‘What Teens Need But Can’t Quite Say’ (Rupa). A former Silicon Valley entrepreneur, Saurabh implemented a global mentoring program for young entrepreneurs at The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) in California before co-founding inme. A sports enthusiast, Saurabh plays competitive squash and golf. He also writes regularly for business magazines.

SATINDRA SEN

South Point, Jadavpur University, XLRI

With over two decades of experience in management consulting and banking, Satindra has held key positions with leading multinationals including American Express across functions quality, customer services and operations. A cofounder, Satindra had led several consulting assignments with corporates and facilitates programs on leadership and visioning. A self-confessed foodie, Satindra is a great cook and host.
