Trained, experienced and certified team

Activities are run by certified Group Leaders where a recognized certification is provided. Outdoor instructors have trained with NIM Uttarkashi or ABVMI, Manali or are professionals from overseas. Aquaterra, our rafting team, is India’s leading outfit recently featured by National Geographic as one of the world’s best.Course leaders and Instructors go through a rigorous selection and training process on activity-based skills as well as on working with young children.

World class safety gear and equipment

At inme, we use the best available equipment that meets international standards. All equipment including sleeping bags, backpacks and protective gear for biking and rafting is from reputed international brands.All outdoor gear is UIAA standards compliant. We are the only camp in the country that provides rock climbing shoes to enhance participant experience and safety.

1:4 Adult to Child ratio

Our participant strength on any program is never over 75. Each activity group of 15-18 participants, under the guidance of 3-4 adults, is supported by the Program Director, the Camp Doctor, the Admin Manager and staff.We maintain a 1:4 adult to child ratio which is by far the best in the education industry. The scheduling and duty roster ensures that participants are never unsupervised; not even in the ‘free’ time and informal interaction period.

Doctor and first aid

Each camp has a resident doctor with first aid support available 24X7 for the slightest concern. Activity groups are equipped with first aid kits.Each camp has a dedicated vehicle for emergencies and excellent support from nearby hospitals.Participants need to furnish medical details when they register, so that we are aware in advance of any specific requirements .

Gender Related safety

Our mix of instructors and course leaders ensures that an adult woman is assigned to each group of girls for specific needs.

The camp layout ensures that there are separate areas for boys and girls. We are strict about supervision and adherence to this rule.
